eh, now lets talk about mega concert... ok lah, it was quite fun, but a little tiring (thanks to chee yang, after mega concert still must do p'day like dunno wad time, as if sleeping is something that can be cancelled anytime for something else so much less impt, nvm, since its over, for now at least).

actually for the actual performance on stage i got nothing much to say leh... just that was rather amazed by the number of ppl (1800 CO ppl, 500 choir ppl). Songs were rather nice also... Tempo Majulah was able to bring the audience along (direct translation of dai4 dong4 guan1 zhong4 :P), was really nice. Nocturnal Peace (liang xiao) was not bad lah, but i dunno why, just hate the conductor for that piece leh... mebbe is see his face bu shuang, i dunno lah... Celebrations (huan xin), i dunno leh, chanel handbags other ppl say is ok, but i dont find it so, cos the row behind me got one whole bunch of ppl, keeping playing so fast, spamming me non-stop... i was really irritated loh... so fast for wad, wanna go tou2 tai1 ah... ok lah, im not really blaming them (actually i am, but nvm), it's just that i keep getting influenced by them then keep playing wrongly as i try to "fight" against their wrong notes and follow the conductor also... thats why feel buai song...

as for the orchestra songs Overture, We are Singapore and Singpore Medley... quite ok lah... not bad. just that for the We are Singapore, during the actual performance (actual one, mind you), it was screwed up. The last part speed was so fast until almost like double liddat. i was going crazy loh, so damn fast... ok, mebbe not THAT fast, but you get the idea... so hopefully the vcd that they are coming out with will not make that part be so obvious...

i think ive said enough for the performance, but what is fun is backstage, behind the scenes...
