didnt bring camera, so i would have disappeared from the photo collection if not of algernon and the girls for putting me in some photos! haha. must learn to become a camera-whore liao rofl. officially a zi-pai beginner! =.=

shanghai was totally... amazing. im missing everyone and everything liao. but at least i did fulfill my 2 wishes in shanghai of going to see the arcade at xin shi jie (new world) everyone was talking about, and to go shu cheng (book city) for a 2nd time. swiped more cds and books muahaha.

i want to go back to the can-more icecream shop! the icecream's special, the place is cool with all the pretty and flowery decorations, and how can i forget the rocking-chairs and swings as replacements for seats? the whole place is just a comfy paradise. *im in heaven*

i miss this colourful building that i think i mentioned to quite some ppl. it took my attention the first night we went out haha. it's just this normal common-looking building that looks no different in the day, but at night, replica watches wow. shanghai definitely invests on its lights. it's just so colourful. every night the whole city is lit up like a christmas tree, with coloured and neon lights everywhere. and that coluorful building, it changes colour continuously can... chao nice. im so regretting i didnt take a pic of it =((. and mind u, the building is like... 50 storeys high? so can imagine the amount of lights...

i need to get used to all the english signboards now haha. been seeing chinese signboards and road signs so much that i feel weird to be back in singapore :P all the kentucky = ken de ji, pizza hut = bi sheng ke, ajisen = wei qian la mian etcetcetc. and it's kinda weird how the whole city is spammed with kfcs like how we are spammed with macs. and even more weirdly, i hardly see any macs... i wonder why.

i want to have the feeling of never-melting icecream again as well. even though it's night, cold and dark, ice-cream is kinda cool. imagine putting spoonfuls and spoonfuls of milo icecream, or magnum (its only like 3RMB whereby it's almost the same price in SGD back in sg) and it just hardly melts! shuang. that reminds me, i miss the convenience store where we get to buy stuff almost every night. from chips to sweets to meltykisses to milk tea to apple milk to icecream, it was our snack heaven haha. i bet the uncle is sad that we left, brought him so much business can! =))

i miss the food too... xiao long bao, tang bao, tian bu la, KEBAB!!, brazil bbq (notty kia thomas lol), drunken prawns (wah this is ultimate man. jianmin chao qiang. dare to eat the live drunken prawns), wine (haha never drink this frequently back in sg), steamboat etcetc.

other than all the fun, i miss the real project also. i desperately want a pic of our mural design!! it's so chio can. i love it. i miss the kids, esp the preschool ones! they are just SUPPPPPPER cute. esp that cute boy, he just carry his bag and stone in the middle of the square, looking straight forward. the look in his eyes... classic. u will just melt can. u just want to carry him and pinch his cheeks la hahaha. CHAO CUTE DAOOOO. (ok im not a paedophile can. i bet anyone will find the kids cute.) the food we had also... i miss them, but not cos they were nice :P. our breakfasts with the char siew puff, paus, glutinous rice "pau", soya bean drink, and that special fan4 tuan2 we had on the last day. our lunches with the local food the school prepared for us ( i bet team b wont miss theirs :P but team a's was chao nice can. we had FIVE dishes on the last day b4 we left. and 2-3 usually. so nice to us lahhh). our bento dinners with a little variety like sausage, egg, peanut+chicken, prawns (these are the gd ones) and mei cai kou rou (pukable), fish (so many bones till u dont feel like eating), and all the salty side dishes =)

night time was totally shiok too can. all the polar bear/mafia sessions for the first few nights, it's the nicest polar bear ive ever played. and all the ban-luck (though i didnt play), i think all who played had loads of fun too. in fact, u wont believe it, we hardly played cards!! amazing anot. we are too preoccupied with all the other fun! wahahahaha. and the magic tricks! how could i forget! i feel so stupid abt jonathan's colour cube. took me 1.5 days and in the end is reveal to me one. feel like banging the wall. still wanting to solve mr lee's ash trick. totally seh diao can.

i also gonna miss my room mate haha. JIAWEII!!! he's really a nice guy to bunk with haha. quite some stuff to chat abt after we lights out until we fall asleep =)). and that one night with the spooky gui3 ya1 chuang2!! never happened to ppl around me b4, and it was soooo close can. whew. and all the room he keep buying back haha. always share with me. thanks jiawei hehe.

ohh, that reminds me of all the scandals going on muahahaha. ji fun lol. meng niao each other. kenna reminded of the last night when a few of us didnt sleep after playing polar bear and stuff till 2+. in algy's room, with gwen, wensi, algy and kaiern. haha... dunno how we crapped our way till 5+ de loh. i couldnt rmb much of wad we discussed.

angel mortal was funn too! round one, my angel was xinwei and mortal wufan. round 2 angel miss chua and mortal ck. xinwei writes quite regularly and wufan replies really really fast haha. miss chua spams food for me (thank you!) and ck jaaaaz dao. nevertheless, it was fun trying to find out each others mortal and all the blatant... "are you my angel?" "er.... no! why would i be!" when it's so obvious bwahaha.

lastly i miss all the pet phrases i picked up along the trip. die, im a super copycat. meng using them now. mini list below:

haha i focused too much on the fun aspects le. but that doesnt mean i didnt learn from this trip. but shant dwell that much into those stuff. but seriously, fun as it may seem, u take a lot of learning from it too. thats why i chose the small s and big L, the ocip ppl who participated in this activity should know. there is really a lot of learning to be done, down to the small thing of giving out coloured paper for art lessons.
