anyway, i've yet to reflect on the past year.

well i think like anyone else, i've had my ups and downs this year. im really glad to end up in 6d, with so much fun, enjoyment and laughter. looking at the posts in the class blog by kg and ps made me feel the amount of class bonding we've done over the whole of 2006. the numerous truth-or-dare sessions in the first 3 months, staying back for dinner with the class almost every evening to coro, serene centre, curry wok. our peak in interest to dota (esp for the girls), followed by the rush to lan lab thereafter. my first time going lan also given to the class haha. the countless movie outings. mahjong kbox and settler's. the escape outing too. not to forget our chalet! haha. tons of house going as well =). with ph's house as our class resort (quoting our senior class), dj's house, cj's house, yushan's house. staying back after pe and ponning a bit of co to play floorball and squash. going to fishtank to buy hotdogs on tuesdays. going library to slack and do work during free periods. louis vuitton handbags going high school, poolside, SIM for lunch. ponning the entrepreneurship thingy and having to write the 500 word essay on how to improve the canteen x.x. ushering for research symposium togetherand being backstage crew for arts fest together. always remembering everyone's bdae and celebrate, and eating the cake by kouping fishtank napkins or tearing pieces of cardboard off the box that held the cake. and many many more haha.

this class seriously rocks.

next, co has been a wonderful cca for me as well. tanbo ppl really rocks too. we got our nice SL weiquian. the pipa si4 da4 tian1 wang2. horny captain lionel. the quiet but always very nice and giving presents yuting. siewching zhangxin jiani marilyn szehwee. and of cos me haha. the 13 of us =) not to forget my snrs, ying ying, gwyneth, guat pei, huifang, ikuyo and tanbo sl liqin. it's also been wonderful to have u all around as our seniors. tanbo outings have been really nice too! the badminton session at cck, kbox at lot 1, watching death note at cine and oh in ohio at lvl 9 e-max.

i really enjoyed all the practice sessions, where we will just spam sweets and snacks, and passing them all around. esp between xian yue and tanbo, where we were basically throwing sweets across the stage when the conductor wasnt looking lol. also enjoyed the bridge, bluff and dai dee sessions where we will forever be saying "qiao2, qiao2, qiao2" haha. and all the co lunches during the week b4 our concert where we had prac everyday, and the lunches during co camp. spamming rice at coro with co is quite shuang haha. "auntie, jia1 fan4!" multiply that by about 6 times. also lots of nice post-event dinners at kap, like concerts, performances, interactions. it's always the hang out spot for us if we wanted to stay till late at night haha. i still remember a time where we stayed there till abt 1 and had to take taxi home haha.

and all the pool sessions during co chalet at downtown east, and co outing on the last day of co camp. haha despite all that. my pool seems to be as cmi as ever lol. the chalet has been a nice time to bond with the rest too. it's not often where u can squeeze 10+ ppl on 2 single beds and STILL forming a circle to play truth or dare, and having shoot shag marry choices that are absolutely revolting. (ok haha im exaggarating here) and be able to squeeze abt 8-10 girls on the 2 beds thereafter and have 5 guys on one mattress.

oh, and the 961 gang ppl! haha, it was really fun having company to take the bus home everytime after co pracs. it's really nice where we will wait for each other before walking to the bus stop together and taking the same bus! haha. we must go and eat at al-ameen someday, like we promised to!

ocip shanghai peeps. u all are just totally zai can. i've never though we will actually bond soooo soooo sooo close together! all the mass convos night after night after night. we just never get tired of niaoing haha. wad with all the yuntian scandals (oh wait some of them are true), and the royal family, Jshan and shan hu hai, it's been really fun haha. all our outings too, where we just love to randomly come out and then stone lol. like the ocip comm meeting. and the christmas lunch! wahaha. kbox-ing with u all were great too. so were playing arcade, lan and pool. =)

and how can i forget the trip itself! u all made me fall in love with polar bear haha. and all the nights of fun, leading us to snore our way to the schools the following day! all the work and effort we put in for the libraries, and interacting with the kids, and bonding closely in the meantime! ah u all just plain rock. nth else to say =) let us continue to bond as closely as possible alright!

sam ryan, and my sl grp aaron kennard and yuxiang. glad that we still can meet up quite often despite being in totally different classes haha. im glad that sam and ryan still can spare time out of their busy council schedule to go out once in a while =). it's fate i guess haha, that our bdaes all fall in the hols. ryan's in june, sam's in sep and mine in dec. it's really destinied? rofl. really glad to have made u my best frens. u all deserve all that i can give! thanks so much for letting me have a very enjoyable bdae also! =) hopefully we can meet up more often yea?

aaron ken and yx, really glad we could work together for sl up till now. it's been really fruitful helping mdas with u all for the past 2 yrs. let's continue to work hard on the survey and analysis for them =) u all are a really nice bunch to work with.

602'01 and 4H'05, the class gatherings this hols has been a pleasant surprise for me. but nonetheless, im really glad we organised these gatherings, so we can see each other again and relieve the memories we used to share with each other in the past! haha. esp 602 ppl, u all changed a lot haha. but our relationship as ex-classmates shall never change! u all are and forever will be part of my life. all the best ppl!

i hoped i havent missed out anyone. if i did im really sorry haha. thanks to everyone who've made an impact on my yr in one way or another. :D :D :D

im glad to say i've enjoyed this year a lot more than i've hated it. though i've emo-ed a number of times this year, and broke down a couple of times due to certain reasons. at least im happy now. thru all these, i've learnt and grown from them. hopefully i've become just a teeny weeny bit more sensible, understandable and nicer to ppl around me. i may emo sometimes and wrongfully lash out at ppl when im not feeling so good, a big sorry for that, but i want to say that i really appreciate every single one thats part of my life. without any of u, my life wont be complete. it makes sense isnt it. everyone in ur life is like a piece of a jigsaw puzzle, without even the tiniest piece, the picture will not be considered complete. it's the same logic.

dont really have solid resolutions for the year ahead, and list them down one by one. but on the whole, i hope to treat ppl as well as they have treated me, if not more. i hope to learn to control my words, cos i know i can be sarcastic/hurting at times. (occasionally la) i hope i can view friendships a little less importantly, and not get affected by them that easily. (but of cos, treat my frens as well as b4) i hope to try and be more open and get to know more ppl. be daring and try new things! (im chao bad at that.) work hard and mug hard for A levels and play hard as well! =)

basically, be a nicer person. haha. a difficult thing i know. but i'll just have to try my best.

lastly, though it's very overdue, i'll still have to say it: HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU! goodbye 2006, you've been really really really memorable. and hello 2007, dont tear me down with all the endless mugging!
